Prime Port Land

Newcastle Port Corporation’s prime 90-hectare waterfront site at Intertrade Industrial Park has been thrown into the ring with proposals being sought for the development site. With road and rail access, it has been earmarked for a terminal development or cargo-handling infrastructure and is considered one of the region’s most strategic pieces of land. Among 470 hectares of Newcastle port land officially handed over to Newcastle Port Corporation, the site’s preferred end use would be for multi-cargo, multi-user developments.
