Daracon wins $65 million bridge contract

Hunter firm Daracon has been awarded the construction contract for the $65 million third Hunter River crossing. Preliminary work has started and construction is expected to start on the new bridge and about 5.5km of new road connecting Melbourne Street in East Maitland to Paterson Road in Bolwarra in the next few weeks.
